Product Return Policies

As a valued customer, Milano's goal is to make sure you are completely satisfied with your product purchasing decisions. Please let us know how we can help you. We welcome your call, fax or email.

Pledge of Customer Satisfaction:

Milano stands behind every product we sell. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please let us know. We will be happy to provide a return authorization number ( RMA # ). If the issue at hand is due to manufacturer's defect or Milano's error, we will pay for the return shipping costs or we will provide other instructions to you.

With your patience and understanding of our policies, Milano can achieve timely and fair handling of your return.

  • Request for returns must be made within 30 days of purchase.
  • Only items authorized for return and listed on the RMA will be credited.
  • Returns, other than defective products, must be unopened, in their original packaging and in re-sellable condition.
  • Special orders may not be returned.
  • If you receive defective or damaged merchandise, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery to obtain a credit.

Restocking charges may apply for returns that are no fault of Milano. The restocking charge is 15% for all standard products.
